Introduction

In this assignment I will be using the Driscoll’s (2007) reflection model to reflect on conducting observations on a service user during my clinical placement (Driscoll, 2007). The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) states that part of the duty of care is to maintain confidentiality of the patient and the patients’ name has been changed to Javid to maintain and respect confidentiality (NMC, 2018).
