Organizational Behavior
Organizational Behavior
Your second step in this consulting assignment is to explain, discuss, and analyze the model in general terms (and, of course, copyright it) for the purpose of attempting to create a more productive firm with higher peak performance. The variables to be measured/ tested/analyzed/discussed include the
following: measures of organizational justice such as employee voice and organizational due
process; measures of proper motivation of employees across cultures; measures of proactive
diversity management; measures of sound conflict resolution and negotiation methodologies;
measures of successful teams and work groups; measures of successful guidelines for
organizational and cross‐cultural communication;
Organizational Behavior
Measures for the proper selection and evaluation of
domestic and international employees; measures of effective organizational design; measures of
managing complex organizational change effectively; measures of how an organization’s
success is greatly determined by the quality of its executive leadership; and measures of
managing domestic and international human capital with ethics and social responsibility within
the organizational behavior context. One of your demanding roles here will be to prioritize
and select the most critical variables to measure and test for their endemic, idiosyncratic
effectiveness within each of the topical organizational behavior arenas. Be most germane and salient.
The paramount guide to this integrative management consulting project is a question which
should always remain in the forefront of your analysis: How does any organization measure up to the
principles of quality domestic and international (global) organizational behavior practices?
