1. Describe a clinical scenario in which you were faced with a patient problem (This should be brief, no more than 100 words). c. Develop a PICO question to fit the following issues:
How well a smoking-cessation program works in adults with at least a 20-year pack a day history of smoking.
The impact of various dressings for IV catheters on phlebitis.
