Because Exhibit 7.3 on page 189 of the text is very basic and the online OSU PDF is extremely thorough, the level of detail in an average chart submission falls in between the two examples.
Review the organization’s online staff directory (and media guide, if available) to identify primary personnel by position and name. Note ownership and/or control at the top, looking for executives with officer, VP, director, etc. titles in the various categories to serve as a reference for outlining both player/game operations and business operations. Include relevant web links of source information.
