I provide here five (5) quotations for this week’s discussion on “The Joy of Fitness”. You’ll find it a stretch to relate them to the anatomy of the subject matter (be it cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, or body composition). Nevertheless, you should try and be able to reflect on your own life.
1. Respond to at least TWO of the five quotations. (Minimum length: 300 words for EACH. 600 words total).
“In a full heart there is room for everything, and in an empty heart there is room for nothing.” — Antonio Porchia
“Those who do not know how to weep with their whole heart don’t know how to laugh either.” — Golda Meir
